Hiring a Warehouse supervisor for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, and security.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Prepare cost saving analysis.
• Plan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Orient, coach and motivate warehouse staff.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly.

Key Requirements:

• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration or equivalent.
• Four years proven work experience as a Warehouse supervisor.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• System Analysis and Evaluation.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff.
