Inventory Controller

 We are searching for a meticulous inventory controller. In this role, you will be responsible for recording all receiving and dispatching transactions and perform regular inventory audits and analyses and ensure consistent stock levels.

Inventory Controller Responsibilities:

• Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
• Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
• Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
• Generating purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Responsible for the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
• Analyzes daily supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
• Communicates with inventory Manager to meet business goals.
• Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
• Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
• Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
• Inventory Clerks record inventory and monitor items to ensure that they are accurately stocked and stored where they belong. Responsibilities include:
• Performing quality checks on stored inventory .
• Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management
• Reporting discrepancies in inventory
• Researching the accuracy of product details
