Utilising the very latest of cutting-edge technologies, Tubewash will offer consumers a new way to clean their vehicles efficiently with a high-quality finish that can be availed to through a smartphone application. Tubewash is seeking a Team Leader with the following qualities: -

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Managing workflow

Training new hires

Evaluating performance and providing feedback

Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes

Check Service staff readiness and equipment check prior to customer's arrival

Meet & greet customers

Good eye for details

Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy

Ensure great customer service at all levels

Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Inspect equipment for wear and arrange for repair or replacement as necessary

Keeps records of daily receipts, employee time wage data, and supplies used

Oversees and monitors the inspection of cars to ensure quality standards

Maintain car wash equipment, take care of inventories supplies, like detergents, brushes, chemicals, towels etc

Supervise workers engaged in polishing washing automobiles or parts of vehicles not washed by auto mechanism

Delegates work assignments and shifts to employees

Sets expectations and monitors delegated activities

Manage and maintain timecard for workers to ensure accurate payroll

Meet & greet customers when taking their cars.

Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses

Identify team goals and evaluate team progress

Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior

Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback

Assist in diagnosing and repairing equipment

Adjust and create schedules for cleaners

Implement, monitor, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and reliability of the wash

Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
