  • To provide our hotel guests with an on brand personalized Sheraton experience.
  • Follow and implement the welcome/farewell modules and Sheraton Brand Standards/Guidelines.
  • To effectively contribute in a high GSS loyalty composite through recognition, friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency.
  • Handle transfer of guest luggage, packages, parcels, messages and maintain tidy and accident free storage area. At least 1 year experience as bellman and guest oriented person
  • Ability to lift safely the heavy luggage.
  • Stand for long hours
